Tottenham were humiliated 2-7 at home by Chelsea and Manchester United suffered a similar fate, losing 0-5 against Liverpool in an eventful day of Under-18s Premier League action on Saturday. Elsewhere in two more astonishing results, Aston Villa hammered Norwich 10-0 and Southampton battered Birmingham 7-2.

Chelsea celebrated emphatically as they smashed Tottenham The drubbing in north London had its fair share of controversy.

 Chelsea took the lead through Ronnie Stutter before Lewis Hall doubled the lead with a very questionable penalty.Jamie Donley pulled one back for Spurs, who went in 2-1 down at half-time. Hall started the second period by converting another contentious penalty and then Jimi Tauriainen made it 4-1 to the Blues.

The Chelsea penalties were controversial

Donley was sent off for Tottenham, who next reduced the deficit to 4-2 through Roshaun Mathurin. From this point on, Chelsea regained control and stormed to a 7-2 win with the final three goals coming from Malik Mothersille, Derrick Abu and Edwin Andersson.
