Wolfsburg first-team No.8 star wants to join Chelsea in future

 

Wolfsburg ace Aster Vranckx dreams of playing at Chelsea or Real Madrid in the future but is leaving all transfer talk to his entourage. That is according to BILD, who profile him as the highly-regarded youngster makes his way up the football ladder.

Aster is regarded as one of the Belgian stars of the future after emerging as a key man for KV Mechelen in his homeland. A series of stunning performances for them in spite of his young age had all the elite clubs in Europe reportedly keen, including Chelsea, who have a history of bringing in young talent from the Jupiler Pro League.

When it came to a 2020 transfer, though, he ignored the interest of the big teams for a move to the Bundesliga outfit, who paid €8 million for his signature this summer.

He is yet to shine for them but at just 19-years-old has a lot of time to do so, and BILD report that Die Wolfe are just a stepping stone as the player dreams of the Blues or Los Blancos.

Transfer speculation is not something the midfielder is interested in getting involved in, though, with Aster telling the newspaper:
“I don’t concern myself with that. That’s the job of my advisor.”
