CHELSEA have reportedly made a bid of £33millio for Barcelona flop Frenkie de Jong. But it is expected to be rejected, with the Catalans holding out for £50m for the midfielder. De Jong has featured in 24 games for Barca this season, but has failed to live up to his much-hype potential.
