The January transfer window is now literally just around the corner as we reach the end of December, and some clubs will be busier than others depending on circumstances. The same can be said of Chelsea, who aren’t expected to be very busy at all, but other situations could change this.
A report this week has emerged claiming Chelsea have an ‘agreement in place’ with Jules Kounde to join the club from Sevilla but again, it is just about agreeing a fee with his club, according to Journalist Duncan Castles on the Transfer Window Podcast this week, as cited by Teamtalk .
